This inspection zeroes in on the five most critical aspects of a home: the foundation, roof, attic, electrical panel, and HVAC system, including the furnace, condensing unit, and hot water heater. Perfect for investors or buyers who want to assess the primary risks before purchasing, this streamlined inspection provides a clear, concise evaluation of the home’s key components. With our expert analysis, you'll have the essential information needed to make a confident, informed decision.
New Construction Inspection

It’s a new house, it was well put together!  The common misconception with a brand new home is everything was built correctly. Even with today’s stringent building codes, we still find defects with new homes, which will end up costing you money.  With our New Construction Inspection we inspect the construction process during foundation construction, framing, and final inspection.

Phase 1:

Basement – When constructing a basement, an inspector should arrive after the concrete is poured into the forms and before the forms are backfilled.

Crawl Space – Once the foundation is built, we are ready to inspect. Ideally, we would like to inspect the crawl space before backfilling occurs.

Slab – Once the exterior foundation walls, plumbing, and gravel are installed call us for an inspection.

Phase 2:

During the Phase 2 Inspection, we review the newly installed electrical, framing, plumbing, and HVAC system. This inspection is to be schedule before the drywall is attached.

Phase 3:
In the last phase of our inspection we will review all the finishing’s inside of the home.  Typically, we encourage this inspection before the final walk-through with your contractor.
